App Vibe
Designing a trust-based wellness marketplace where seekers could discover communities, connect with certified healers, book sessions, and send support through a simple internal currency.
Problems to solve
The product needed to reduce uncertainty before users joined, booked, or paid.
Trust was hard to establish
Seekers needed to understand who the healer was, what credentials they had, and why a community was safe to join.
Discovery felt fragmented
Communities, guides, media, and sessions needed to be browsable without making the feed feel noisy or overwhelming.
Payments needed clarity
The internal currency had to feel simple, transparent, and easy to connect to real value before users sent support.
Journey map
From discovery to support: the seeker journey..
The seeker journey was mapped around five key moments: discovering communities, joining a trusted space, evaluating a healer profile, paying with Good Vibes, and closing the loop through attendance or support.
Seekers browse communities
Users compare communities by relevance, activity, and credibility.
User joins a community
The feed confirms the user entered a trusted wellness space.
User checks healer profile
Profiles surface bio, credentials, media, and testimonials.
User pays with Good Vibes
The payment flow shows balance, value, and total before checkout.
User attends or sends support
The flow ends with confirmation, receipt, and a next action.
Three key flows
The core experience.
We focused the MVP around three repeatable flows that helped seekers move from discovery to trust, and from trust to meaningful engagement.
Explore communities
Seekers browse wellness communities led by certified healers, using visual cards to compare relevance, activity, and tone.
Evaluate profiles
Healer and community pages centralize bios, credentials, media, testimonials, and services so seekers can build trust before acting.

Engage and support
Once trust is established, seekers can join, follow, book sessions, or send support using Good Vibes as a simple internal currency.

System decision
Cards became the connective tissue of the product.
Because discovery depended on comparison, the card system needed clear slots and responsive variants that could scale across communities, healers, events, and payment moments.

UI components in use
Buttons, tabs, badges, filters, and cards work together as one reusable discovery system.
Outcome & reflection
A scalable foundation for trust-based wellness.
The final MVP direction connected discovery, healer credibility, community engagement, and Good Vibes payments into one coherent marketplace experience.
The strongest design decision was treating trust as a system, not just a visual style.
The interface needed to help seekers understand who they were connecting with, why that person was credible, and what action they could take next.Unified discovery and engagement
Communities, healer profiles, sessions, and support actions were brought into a single journey instead of living across disconnected channels.
Reusable card architecture
Cards were documented with clear slots, semantic props, and responsive variants so the UI could scale across feeds, profiles, communities, and payment moments.
Clearer credibility signals
Bios, credentials, media, testimonials, and community context helped seekers evaluate healers before joining, booking, or sending support.
Good Vibes feature
Send value inside the community.
Good Vibes introduced a simple internal currency for booking, supporting healers, and participating in community experiences—while keeping the value exchange transparent.
A marketplace experience that balances community, credibility, and scalable product design.
